An Arms, Ass & Abs class with hand weights at Oak Cliff Pilates

Arms, Ass & Abs

Advanced

Three focus points. One relentless burn.

Arms, Ass & Abs is methodical and intentional — and that’s exactly what makes it so effective. Each muscle group gets worked through a deliberate sequence of counts, pulses, and holds that layer on the burn until your muscles have no choice but to give in. You’ll feel every rep during class and remember it the next morning.

02Specialty classes

Grip socks required. Spare pairs are always at the front desk.

Arrive ten minutes early. Especially your first time — see the studio policies.

New to reformer? Start with Classical AF. Every membership and class pack works across all three studios.
