Where classical Pilates meets a faster pace and a little more fire. It blends foundational movement with modern, athletic sequences that challenge your strength, balance, and agility.

Classical AF

Where good Pilates habits are built. It targets deep muscles and builds real core strength through slow, classic Pilates movement.

Arms, Ass & Abs
Arms, Ass & Abs

Exactly what it sounds like. Upper body, glutes, and core worked through a series of counts, pulses, and holds that just keep building.

  • I adore OCP in Bishop Arts! Easy parking, a warm welcome when you walk in the door, always enough equipment, and knowledgeable, challenging instructors. I started Pilates this past year, and a class at OCP has always made me feel encouraged and successful.

  • One of my favorite classes in Dallas. Specifically the Uptown location. These classes take classic reformer Pilates to a good extreme. I always leave feeling like I had a real workout. Victorias classes will have you leaving with washboard abs, her classes are the best.

  • I love this studio! It’s usually pretty easy to sign up for classes. The studio is super clean and everyone is friendly. Latoisha is awesome!

  • Alyson has been the best! I was nervous at first since I have never taken a Pilates class. She was very encouraging & patient. Alyson made sure I didn’t compare myself to the more tenured students while still giving me the extra support needed for a newcomer. 🫶🏽Her corrections were gentle & easy to understand. I will be waking up @5am just to take one of her classes a week!

  • I was in Dallas for two weeks on business. Staying in uptown. And this studio was such a great find! If you do Pilates regularly, you’ll find most of their classes to be pretty fast paced. I loved the arms, abs and glute class for a good & fast workout. I really appreciated instructor, Alyson Wells… out of the 6 classes I took, she appeared to be their only classically trained instructor - if that’s important to you.

  • Alyson, our Certified Pilates Instructor, was fantastic! It is not often, in this day & age, that I can find a space that has actual Certified instructors that teach the Methods of Joseph Pilates. Alyson is a rare gem in this new “pop up” Pilates Studio world we live in now. I will most certainly be back to take another class from her! Strongly recommend taking her class here. You will not be disappointed! 10/10!

  • I had never done Pilates before and went to a class here. Charley was an excellent instructor and great at teaching beginners what to do. The class in general was fantastic and the equipment and overall aesthetic was perfect.

  • This was my first pilates class ever. It was tough but I was able to keep up with the modifications Amanda give with each instruction. I really felt the burn of the workout and am feeling a tad sore after. Overall, I really enjoyed this experience.

  • This is the best pilates studio in Dallas...hands down. Incredibly culture, classes, and instructors.

08Good questions

Everything first-timers ask us.

No experience is needed. Every group reformer class at Oak Cliff Pilates in Dallas welcomes complete beginners, and our certified trainers offer modifications throughout. Classes are capped at 12 people so your instructor can set up your reformer, check your form and adjust the work to suit you from your very first session.

Wear fitted activewear and grip socks. Grip socks are required at all three Oak Cliff Pilates studios in Dallas and are available at the front desk if you need a pair. Avoid clothing with zips or buttons, which can catch on the reformer. Bring a water bottle. Everything else is provided.

At Oak Cliff Pilates in Dallas, new clients get three reformer classes for $25. After that, a drop in class is $30, class packs start at $290 for ten, and monthly memberships run from $99 for four classes to $209 for unlimited. Every plan works at all three studios.

Oak Cliff Pilates has three Dallas studios. Bishop Arts, our original location, is at 196 W Davis St #140. Uptown is at 2222 McKinney Ave #160. Lower Greenville, our 4,000 square foot flagship, is at 2000 Greenville Ave. All three run the full class schedule.

Yes. Bishop Arts has validated parking in the garage directly below the studio, with a QR code at the front desk to validate. Uptown has garage parking beneath the building, accessible from Thomas Ave. Parking details for Lower Greenville are listed on that studio page at oakcliffpilates.com.

Group reformer classes at Oak Cliff Pilates run 45 minutes and are capped at 12 students. The small size is deliberate. It means your trainer can watch your form, offer hands on cues and adjust spring resistance individually, which is difficult in a larger room.
